The MARK Centre has been birthed and established by a host of people.
Willing and gifted friends of the MARK Centre have shaped the vision, developed the land, built the chalet and put into place a strategy to run the ministry effectively.

Today we continue to invite friends of the MARK Centre into community as we participate together in this mission.  There are a wide variety of ways you can get involved.  We need people like you to help take the MARK Centre to the next levels.  Please don’t hesitate to give us a call if you want to get involved in any of the following areas;

We are always in need of individuals who are willing to donate regularly to the ongoing ministry of the MARK Centre. About half of our yearly budget comes in from utilization of the chalet and the other half is dependant upon the generous donations of people. 

Come visit the MARK Centre and bring some friends for a live jazz night.  These Sunday nights are a time to celebrate life with Chai tea lattes, hazelnut Cake, live music and a community of friends and neighbours. 

With over 4000 flowers, shrubs and trees, the MARK Centre grounds always need attention.  If you have an hour or half a day to spend raking leaves, mowing the lawn, watering and weeding the flower beds contact Steve at 604.556.7796 or steve@markcentre.org

Judy Harms-Wiebe, a missionary in Brazil for 18 years, brings a wealth of experience to her role as missionary liaison at the MARK Centre.  She has designed a package for missionaries returning from the field, welcoming them to enjoy the MARK Centre as their home away from home.  We want to embrace these missionaries into a caring community by providing airport shuttles, hot meals and baking, gift certificates, child care, use of a vehicle, prayer and friendship.  If you feel passionate about being involved in any of these areas please contact Judy at 604.852.3708 or judymhw@telus.net 

What better way to find out what the MARK Centre is really like than to participate on a short retreat?  Come enjoy an individual or group experience of listening to God.  Bring your own group to the MARK Centre or join a scheduled MARK Centre retreat. At the MARK Centre we offer monthly spiritual direction sessions for individuals. These one hour sessions focus on paying attention to God’s activity and our response to him.  If you are interested in giving this a try contact Steve at ((604)556-7796 or steve@markcentre.org
