Payment and Policies Chalet
Payment
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee a reservation, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.
- Full payment for Great Room and Rooftop day use bookings are due upon reservation.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Cheque and Cash.
Booking Policies
Duration of Overnight Stays
- Check in: 4pm Check out: 12pm
- We require a two night minimum stay for both Extravagance and Abundance.
Advance Bookings for Great Room
- Weekend day use may be booked 2 weeks in advance.
Additional Guests
- The use of the MARK Centre facility is intended for guests with reservations. If overnight guests would like to bring people on site for meetings or conferences, there is an additional charge of $10/person.
Exclusive Use
- For exclusive use of the Chalet and grounds, all eight rooms must be booked.
Cancellations
- For all bookings there is a 25% non-refundable deposit due upon reservation.
