We welcome individuals and groups to enjoy our chalet. We are a Christ-centered ministry, inviting people to a space that is peaceful, providing the opportunity to hear God’s voice.
1To process your reservation we require your name, email address, mailing address and telephone number. We also require a credit card number and expiry date. In order to prepare for your visit, we may ask about other personal needs and preferences.
2 Individual reservations require payment in full at time of booking.
3Great Room and Rooftop Chapel reservations require payment in full at time of booking.
4In order to guarantee a group reservation, a non-refundable reservation deposit of 25% of the total charge is required. The remaining balance is paid 30 days prior to your reservation.
5For exclusive use of the Abbotsford Chalet and grounds, all eight rooms, the Great Room and the Rooftop must be booked. The entire chalet may be rented for exclusive use at a 15% discounted rate for bookings of two nights or more.
6We are a retreat centre focused on quiet and listening to God and would request your help in keeping the grounds and vicinity peaceful.
7We would ask all our guests to refrain from smoking in the rooms.
9Check in is at 4pm and check out is 12pm.
10We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash or cheque.
We know unexpected things can happen and sometimes you have to cancel your reservation. Here are our cancellation policies:
1Whole or Half Chalet: If you are a group booking multiple rooms and need to cancel, please do so at least one month prior to your reservation or you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.
2Individual Rooms: If you cancel 1 week prior to your reservation you will be charged in full. If you cancel 2 weeks prior to your reservation date you will charged 25% of your total cost.
3Great Room and Rooftop: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 1 week prior to your reservation or you will be charged for your full reservation.
