Examen: a guide to reflecting on the ups and downs of your spiritual journey
Spiritual Direction: a tool for discerning what God is doing and how you can respond
Listening in Community: listening for God’s words to you through other people
Silent Prayer: an exercise in letting go and trusting God through stillness and quiet
